WHO IS IT FOR
The measure is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Lombardy within the plastic and textile supply chains, registered and active in the Business Register.WHAT IT FINANCES
Projects relating to one or more of the following areas of intervention are eligible:• valorization of production residues as raw materials and introduction of by-products into the production cycle;
• actions for the reuse of end-of-life packaging (e.g., deposit-return systems), reuse of products or the extension of the life cycle (e.g. reverse logistics practices or transformation of the product into a service);
• modifications to production lines to: create products/packaging with less use of raw materials; the reduction or use of own processing waste/scraps; the introduction of "end of waste" materials;
• modifications to production lines following product redesign to improve its end-of-life, including through the use of alternative materials;
• innovative projects, with characteristics of transferability and scalability: for waste collection for the purpose of optimizing preparation processes for reuse or recycling; for preparation processes for the reuse or recycling of plastic waste, compostable bioplastic waste and textile waste.
The following expenses incurred after the submission of the application are eligible:
• capital goods, machinery, automation systems and adaptive technologies, production plants, equipment and furnishings (including revamping);
• hardware (excluding smartphones, tablets and mobile phones);
• software and user licenses and software services (max 5%);
• registration and development of trademarks and patents, quality certifications, technical certifications, REACH registration, purchase of production licenses;
• building and masonry works and plant systems related to the installation of the goods in item 1), and design and works management expenses (max 25%)
• general expenses determined by a flat rate equal to 7% of the eligible expenses referred to in the previous items.
